SWIR / MWIR emitter in standard industrial and customized housings

The HITstar series offers extremely powerful infrared radiation sources, especially for the SWIR and MWIR wavelength range. These pulsable thermal IR sources are based on a patented emitter technology and feature an extremely robust construction made of high-melting metals. Stable optical imaging in spectroscopic applications is guaranteed due to the fixed mounting of the two-dimensional emitter filament. It features an exceptional robustness against shock and vibration, making it particularly suitable for demanding environments.

INFRASOLID’s advanced packaging technology SOLIDSEAL® allows emitters with soldered Sapphire, CaF₂ and BaF₂ windows for use in harsh environments and a wide temperature range of -40 °C up to +125 °C.
